Prior to establishing Beaumont Jonathan was a partner in a global executive search firm where he managed their Industrial Practice. Jonathan focuses on senior management assignments for foreign affiliated companies within the Industrial Manufacturing Sector (Machinery & Equipment, Factory Automation, Energy, Utilities & Cleantech,Chemical). He fulfills regional, country representative and technical sales leadership roles. He mainly works with American and European SMEs but also some larger multinationals.

Jonathan is South African and attended Rhodes University, graduating with a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology. He has spent a decade in Asia - firstly in Taiwan and then Tokyo where he began his career in executive search in 2001.
